Nokia Lumia 925 surfaces at company event
Nokia has finally unveiled its new Lumia 925 device - the mobile phone which had provisionally been dubbed the Catwalk.
The firm said the handset is a "new interpretation" of the Lumia 920. With its new metal band, it has a toughness that the range hasn't had before but it keeps the polycarbonate material for the casing.
Available in white, grey or black versions, the handset runs Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 and has a comfortable 4.5-inch display.
It also sports a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with a 16GB internal memory which can be bulked up to 32GB if you're a Vodafone customer, but there's no microSD card slot.
The highly-discussed camera is an 8.7 megapixel camera with innovative technology to improve low-light images. It also has Nokia Smart Camera which allows users to take ten images at once.
A release date for the Lumia 925 is yet to pinned down but it will start shipping sometime in June and cost around £400.
