New BlackBerry Q10 features traditional QWERTY keypad
The new BlackBerry Q10 mobile phone features the manufacturer's traditional QWERTY pad alongside a 3.1-inch touchscreen.
Many gadget lovers find it easier to type with a physical keyboard, meaning composing texts and Tweeting on the go can be faster and more accurate.
It could also be advantageous in combination with the BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) service, which has now been improved to allow users to instant message or voice chat for free over the internet.
Owners can also take advantage of the new video call feature thanks to a front-facing, two-megapixel camera.
The main eight-megapixel snapper can be used to take high-quality pictures, and works with the Time Shift technology to provide fantastic group photos every time.
A 1.5 GHZ dual-core processor and 2 GB of RAM alongside new BlackBerry 10 (BB10) software should ensure a smooth and fast performance.
This will be especially crucial when using apps or watching videos that have been downloaded from the revamped BlackBerry World virtual multimedia storefront.
