Mobile trade-in may lead phone users to Zoopla

People with a mobile phone to trade-in may wish to select one of the latest smartphones as its replacement, in order to take advantage of a highly recommended app.

Mark King, writing for the Guardian, nominates Zoopla as top consumer app of the week, suggesting the property searcher is a great way for individuals to search for homes currently up for sale.

Indeed, Zoopla claims it is the first major property company to commission and release its own tool specifically for mobiles.

As well as hundreds of thousands of current listings, the app offers users the chance to look back over more than 16 million previous house purchases in the UK dating back to 1995.

"The Android version is streets ahead of rival Android property apps such as Property Finder UK, which has poor navigation and design and patchy coverage, especially in the rental market," states Mr King.

Other titles to have been praised recently include Angry Birds, which has been nominated for the Best Ever App award.
