Mobile phone users: Battery life is top priority
19/08/2010
Mobile phone users voting in a Nokia poll have suggested the battery life of their device is the most important factor in being happy with a handset.
Ian, author of the Nokia Conversations blog, explains the results, revealing 38 per cent of respondents would even be happy to own a basic phone if a healthy battery life was assured.
One way to ensure a model is tailor-made to suit individual requirements may be to recycle an old mobile with Mazuma and then scour the market for the ultimate product.
Other priorities when it comes to securing a suitable phone included data connectivity, which was the key must-have feature for 25 per cent.
Meanwhile, a sizeable number noted multimedia functions and a large screen as ideal specifications.
For the ultimate experience, consumers may wish to switch to the network Three, which was recently voted in a YouGov poll to be the best provider of mobile internet services.
