Microsoft Windows Phone 8 Syncing App Released

Microsoft has released an application for its Windows Phone 8 (WP8) operating system which will allow owners to sync their mobile phone with their personal computer.

The tool, Windows Phone, is available for free on the Windows Store and it will mean added convenience for buyers of the imminent Nokia Lumia 920 or HTC 8X devices.

It will allow owners to automatically synchronise photographs, videos and music between their PC and handset, so that a picture taken on the go can be printed off easily as soon as the user returns home.

This also means that when a person downloads a new album on their computer, it should show up on the WP8 mobile phone without any problems.

Those who own devices running the older version 7 will not be able to take advantage, but gadget lovers will be able to get their hands on new WP8 handsets soon.

Microsoft is launching its new smartphone software at an event today (October 29th) after unveiling the computer platform on Thursday.
