LG G2 will sport nano-SIM
A recent leak has shown that the next flagship mobile phone from LG will sport a nano-SIM instead of the traditional technology that the company has fully-supported in the past.
The news has appeared from French website NoWhereElse, which managed to get its hands on a document claiming to be a leaked product manual. It also suggests that the LG G2 won't implement fingerprint technology like it was previously suspected.
Introducing the nano-SIM into its devices is in stark contrast to what the firm has said in the past, as it had previously claimed that the technology, which is commonly used in Apple smartphones, was inferior to other SIMs.
The manual indicates that the LG G2 will also sport a microSD slot and be powered by a removable 2,610mAh battery. Other rumoured specifications suggest the device will come with a 5.2-inch screen and a Snapdragon 800 processor.
