LG And Google Tweak Nexus 5

If you already have your hands on Google's latest mobile phone, then you may not be pleased to hear the company has made changes to the handset.

The search-engine giant, along with LG, has tweaked the production process of the smartphone to make it sturdier.

According to the XDA Developers forum, the partnership has been working on the solidity of the buttons on the exterior of the handset after a few users complained there was a rattling with the power, lock and volume keys.

As well as the buttons, the machine-drilled holes near the speaker have been made slightly bigger on the newly-designed Nexus 5. It is thought this could give more volume to any sound that is being played through the device.

However, users that already have the handset don't need to be that disheartened as these changes appear to be minor and shouldn't make much difference to the smartphone user experience.
