iOS 7 launches to the public tomorrow
People across the world are keen to get their hands on the latest version of software for their Apple mobile phones, and they won't need to wait much longer.
The Cupertino company's iOS 7 is due to be released tomorrow (September 18th), although this is just for US customers and it's unclear how long British users will have to wait until they can start to sample the new Apple operating system for themselves.
However, when it is released, the software should bring a radical change as the chief executive Tim Cook has hailed it as the biggest change to the mobile world since the original iPhone was released.
Although Apple has given no specific time for the release of iOS 7, judging by the time scale of its predecessor, it's a fair estimate that the operating system will be unveiled at 5pm in the UK.
The update will affect anyone who owns an iPhone 4 or later model, but it's worth noting that not all features will be compatible with the earlier models. You can also expect that, with all Apple users trying to access the download, the company's servers will be incredibly busy so you may want to wait until Wednesday (September 19th) to download it.
