Internet shopping may be one advantage of trading in mobiles
People who would like to shop online could find that trading in mobiles and using the money gained to buy a newer model is one way to go about it.
Buying goods via the internet can be considered both convenient and more cost-effective than shopping in stores, so may be a popular option among Britons.
New research by the Co-operative Electrical, published by the Guardian, has shown the biggest gripe with the system is that some retailers do not give a specific delivery slot for the items ordered.
This is backed up by the 2011 Consumer Delivery Survey by IMRG, which found 46.5 per cent of people choose retailers based on the delivery service on offer.
As such, those who do shop online via their mobiles may be wise to consider how their order will arrive at their home.
Mobile broadband is also popular among holidaymakers, with Brocade recently revealing that 95 per cent of people now take a web-enabled device abroad with them.
