HTC One X Android Jelly Bean rollout begins
HTC One X Android Jelly Bean updates have started to roll out across Europe and Asia, according to reports.
Many mobile phone owners across the UK have been awaiting the new Google software, which was officially unveiled on June 27th.
Samsung Galaxy S3 devices on certain networks across the nation have already received version 4.1 of the operating system.
One of the main developments is Project Butter - Google's attempt to make the firmware smoother and faster.
There have also been improvements to the power consumption, so that those who constantly have a low battery may see themselves charging up less frequently.
Customers also have more opportunity for mobile phone personalisation, as widgets on the home screen can now be resized, and other tools will make room when a user attempts to add something new.
An improvement to the keyboard and dictionary should also ensure fewer spelling mistakes and autocorrect mishaps for the gadget owner.
Buyers of the latest HTC handset, One X+ (plus), should also benefit from Jelly Bean updates soon.
