HTC One Mini gets UK ban
There is some bad news for HTC as a judge has ruled that its One Mini and One Max are infringing Nokia's patent, meaning that the company can no longer sell these mobile phones in the UK.
From December 6th, HTC will not be allowed to sell the Mini and it is thought that the One could even be affected by the ban. In the case of the latter, the judge ruled that not being able to sell the HTC One in the UK would cause "considerable" damage and has given the company the time to appeal.
This isn't the first time that Nokia and HTC have had a disagreement, the Finnish company has already won an injunction that forced HTC to change its microphone in the One. However, an outright ban would be another matter entirely.
HTC has agreed to stop any imports to the UK until the next hearing between the two companies.
