Flip Phone Revival With Samsungs Galaxy Folder

Mobile phones have come a long way since the first phone call was made in New York in 1973. However, Samsung may be trying to bring back the flip-phone style of device, which has severely dropped out of the market since touchscreens became popular.

According to reports, the company plans to release the Samsung Galaxy Folder, which will do exactly that, meaning you can snap it in two to end a call.

The device will come will Android 4.2 Jelly Bean running and a dual-core processor, eight-megapixel camera and 4G support along with an actual numerical keypad.

However, whether it is what users want remains to be seen though it could prove popular with the older generation who like their devices simpler and less flashy.
