EE Unveils HTC One Pricing For 4G

EE is currently the only mobile phone operator to provide a 4G network in the UK, meaning that Brits who want to take advantage of faster internet on-the-go must purchase premium handsets there.

Although the Ofcom 4G spectrum auction has been completed, it could take up to six months for services to go live, so consumers who want to make the most of a new HTC One might head to EE.

The carrier is offering the device from mid-March for just £69.99 on a two-year, £41-per-month contract, which includes unlimited UK call minutes and text messages.

With this package, 1 GB of data is included, but those who stream, download and browse a lot on-the-go might consider paying more for a larger allowance.

This will provide more scope for getting hold of music, books, magazines, movies, television shows and apps from Google Play.

Viewing and listening on the commute or in the doctor's waiting room is bound to be impressive thanks to the smartphone's HTC Boomsound system and 4.7-inch FHD touchscreen.
