Apple wants more Samsung smartphones banned
Apple was recently compensated with $1.05 billion (£665 million) after a jury decided that Samsung had infringed its patents, but the company is still fighting.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note smartphones, and the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet could be banned in the US after Apple submitted another claim of copyright infringement.
The two technology giants have fought in courts across the world. The billion-dollar fee was to pay for damages after a jury ruled that Samsung had copied Apple software technologies, and emulated the iPhone design for its own products.
A week after this decision, a Tokyo court dismissed Apple's claims that Samsung had infringed copyrights involved with media content transferral.
The three devices have been added to a list which was first submitted to a California court in February. The list names products that Apple believes breach its intellectual property. So far, 21 devices have been submitted.
Samsung believes that removal of its devices from stores would limit consumer choice.
