Apple To Regenerate IPhone 4

It's rare for manufacturers to bring back older mobile phones - rather than focus on newer models - however it seems that is exactly what Apple is doing.

The Cupertino company stopped producing the iPhone 4 when it launched its two latest models - the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. However, new reports indicate that Apple could bring back its old handset in a bid to tackle developing markets.

According to Indian site The Economic Times, the American manufacturer plans to bring its fourth generation smartphone back to life for less tech-dominated countries. The website says that its information comes thanks to three senior executives but it gives no specific details about who they are.

Brazil, India and Indonesia are the three markets that Apple is apparently taking its iPhone 4 to. This is supported by the fact that the Brazilian Apple store is currently selling the handset, which may mean that we see more resurrected iPhones in the future.
