Apple iPhone 3G users get tweet options on Orange
A new partnership has been announced by one Apple iPhone 3G network that may be of interest to you if you are looking to sell your mobile phone.
This week Orange announced that its customers would soon be able to enjoy rapid access to a selection of options that link to their Twitter accounts, thanks to a new deal struck between the two groups.
Forming part of the carrier's Social Life service, which also provides access to Bebo, MySpace and Facebook, the new options include the ability to post images directly to the web via the micro-blogging portal.
Mark Watts Jones, head of Orange UK's product management, said the addition of these services would take advantage of the site's popularity by letting people keep up to date with their individual Twitter streams.
Orange became only the second company in the UK to offer the Apple iPhone 3G recently, giving those looking to sell mobilephones the option of purchasing one from either itself or O2.
However, Vodafone is also soon expected to launch the handset.
