AOL launches email solution for latest phones
AOL has launched a new push email platform for use with the latest phones.
The web media company states the new emoze system will provide subscribers with a synchronised solution that allows for the real-time transfer of messages from inboxes to handsets.
It adds users of Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung and Motorola devices, among others, will be able to download the application for free.
Subscribers to the PRO version of the platform will also get an enhanced version that offers access to multiple email accounts and social networking sites like Facebook.
Eitan Linker, chief executive of emoze, said: "We are determined to provide all mobile phone users with the benefits of today's mobile lifestyle by delivering secure, real-time messaging."
According to the application's website, the system is also supported by devices from manufacturers including T Mobile, HTC and Siemens.
Earlier this week, AOL launched ParentDish - a new online portal offering support for consumers with children named.
