Mazuma Tops Customer Service Chart

Those looking to recycle their old Sony Ericsson K800i or Apple iPhone 3G may be more inclined to do so with Mazuma Mobile following the announcement of a new study.

It was revealed this week the company had beaten eight of its rivals to take the top prize for service quality in the industry, as part of a study conducted by Service Science.

The research showed Mazuma to be the best performing firm in a range of categories, including speed of transaction and the price consumers could expect for their used mobile phones.

It was announced the group attained a satisfaction score of 89.1 per cent, putting it ahead of a number of its fiercest competitors.

Charlo Carabott, Mazuma's managing director, commented: "We have always prided ourselves on exceeding our customers' expectations and ensuring our pricing structure is the industry benchmark."

He added the company was "absolutely thrilled" to have come top of the ratings as it was confirmation of its desire to provide clients with the best possible service.

Craig Boswell, president of HOBI International, recently told KOCO Oklahoma City that mobile recycling was becoming increasingly popular.
