T Mobile TG01 Shoppers Offered A Chance To Chat

Following the announcement it would soon offer its customers the new Toshiba TG01, Orange has revealed plans to get closer to its potential customers.

As part of a wider plan to provide the latest in retail innovation and better services for users, the carrier has revealed its first ever Community Store is now open for business.

Orange hopes it will be able to tempt people into the new outlet in Monmouth, Wales, where it is claimed they can pop in for a coffee and speak to one of their specialists about their telecommunications needs.

The news may be welcomed by shoppers recycling used mobiles in order to take advantage of one of the networks latest phones - such as the Toshiba TG01 or HTC Touch Pro2.

Sian Doyle, head of retail at the group, said the move would form part of a wider brief to boost customer services levels for all types of handset user.

"This means tailoring our services and products to meet customer needs - whether they are a tech-savvy teenager, a working mother or a pensioner," she added.
