New image hints 16MP camera for Samsung Galaxy S5
New images have leaked that suggest Samsung's next flagship mobile phone will sport a 16-megapixel camera.
Serial tipster @evleaks has taken to his Twitter page once again to post an image of a keyboard - supposedly a Samsung Galaxy S5 - along with some interesting data.
More interestingly, Exif data shows that the device used to take the photo was a 'Samsung-SM-G900A,' which is thought to be a version of the upcoming flagship model from the Korean manufacturer.
The information also revealed that the resolution of the snapshot is 5312 x 2988 pixels, which equates to 15.9 megapixels. This supports earlier rumours that the Samsung Galaxy S5 would sport a 16-megapixel camera.
Add to this, that @evleaks is usually pretty reliable when it comes to inside knowledge, and you have a fairly decent leak.
It is thought that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will launch at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014, which kicks off next week (February 24th), so users won't have to wait too much longer to see whether the camera makes it to the handset.
