Motorola announces 3 additions to Razr line
Motorola has unveiled its new smartphones, the Razr M, Razr HD and Droid Razr Maxx HD.
The mobile phones will run on the Google Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, but they will be updatable to the latest Jelly Bean software.
The Razr M is the lower-end handset. It has a 4.3-inch AMOLED screen which "spans from edge-to-edge". This 'borderless' screen means that the phone has a 40 per cent larger display than the Apple iPhone 4S, despite being a smaller handset.
The Razr HD has a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD display, and the Maxx HD is the same handset but with a better battery.
Improvement to battery life has been a focus of the manufacturer. The Razr M is equipped with a long-life battery, and Smartactions settings ensure optimal performance. Motorola claims that the Razr HD will provide 24 hours of battery life. The Razr Maxx HD should last for 32 hours between charges.
