LG confirms arrival at MWC 2014
LG has confirmed that it will be bringing a number of mobile phones to the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014.
The phone maker has announced that it will be taking a collection of new L Series III Android handsets to the event in Barcelona next week (February 24th). Its range of smartphones comes with different specs but all of them will carry Google's latest operating system - Android 4.4 KitKat.
None of the handsets are high-end devices but all of them hit a mid-range audience. The LG L90 brings a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 4.7-inch display, 8GB of internal storage, 1GB RAM, an eight-megapixel camera but is powered by a mighty 2,540mAh battery.
The LG L70 and L40 are smaller phones, measuring 4.5 inches and 3.5 inches respectively. The former will feature a dual-core chip and the same eight-megapixel camera, and 1GB RAM as the LG L90. However, it will only bring 4GB of internal storage and a smaller battery of just 2,100mAh.
LG's mini handset - the L40 - carries the same 1.2GHz dual-core processor but brings a three-megapixel camera, 4GB of storage, 1GB RAM and a 1,700mAh battery.
