HTC One Mini continues sale
HTC has announced that it will continue to sell the One Mini throughout the UK until its hearing tomorrow (December 12th), which could see the pint-sized mobile phone banned in the country.
The Taiwanese firm said in a statement: "Until the hearing on December 12th, our UK customers will be able to sell all HTC devices which are already in their inventories."
It's unlikely that the couple of extra days of sales will make much difference to the company but it's a small reprieve for the manufacturer.
The hearing has come as a result of a ruling that said HTC is infringing on one of Nokia's patents in the UK. It is thought the decision, if made final, could affect the company's flagship HTC One, as well as the Mini and Max variants.
Orginally, the company wasn't allowed to sell the HTC One Mini from December 6th, but the firm has now been allowed to continue sales until the outcome of its appeal on December 12th.
