Consumers could sell old mobile for the upcoming Blackberry Bold Touch
A pair of exciting releases from Research in Motion (RIM) – the company that produces BlackBerry devices – may tempt plenty of consumers to sell their old mobile phones in favour of an upgrade.
Last week, the company confirmed it will be launching the Bold Touch 9900 and 9930 models this summer.
They will be the first handsets manufactured by RIM with a touchscreen and are said to be the slimmest BlackBerrys yet.
Both of the phones also run on the new BlackBerry OS7 platform, providing a hi-tech product that is ideal for businesspeople hoping to keep work separate from their personal lives.
Other benefits of the latest operating system to hit the market include the option to customise icons and the homescreen and perform voice-activated searches.
Three recently confirmed it will be stocking the BlackBerry Bold 9900 upon its release, describing it as a desirable phone with a fast and responsive display screen.
