Carphone Warehouse deal may be inspiration for mobile trade ins
A huge number of consumers might decide to trade in their mobile phones after learning of a new deal launched by Carphone Warehouse.
The mobile retailer is giving users the chance to be the first in the UK to sign up to an unlimited data contract from as little as £12 a month.
Its Never Pay for the Internet tariff will be based on the connectivity provided by Talkmobile, which is powered by Vodafone.
Mark Eastham, trading director at Carphone Warehouse, said the deal "demonstrates fantastic value and is unbeatable in the market", adding: "We wanted to offer customers a catch-free data tariff and we're really looking forward to seeing the results."
He added some of the major advantages of the scheme are that there is no small print and it caters for all budgets.
However, cost may not be a priority for all consumers, as the largest number of votes in a recent Nokia poll on Facebook went to battery life as the number one factor when choosing a device.
