Benefits of trading in mobile for new technology illustrated in Denmark
People searching for reasons to justify a mobile trade in and subsequent investment in a top phone could look to Denmark to see what such technology can do for them.
The country's postal service has announced citizens will soon be able to use their handsets to send a text message instead of buying a stamp.
Those who do so will be sent a unique code, which can be written on to an envelope where the postage mark would usually be.
"Mobile Postage is a useful supplement for those in need of a stamp regardless of place and time," said Post Danmark in a statement.
Although initially only standard letters weighing up to 50g can be included in the scheme, it may give an insight to the future for many consumers.
Another benefit of using the latest mobiles is access to the updated Twitter app, which recently underwent a series of improvements.
