INQ Mini 3G 'targets teens on a budget'
Teenagers on a budget but looking to sell mobilephones for a new device may want to take onboard one expert's recent comments.
Edward Chester explained in an article Trusted Reviews that having announced the INQ Mini 3G earlier this month, 3 Mobile had followed its INQ1 with a model that was clearly aimed at the entry-level market.
However, despite noting that there are some areas where the new device is lacking - most notably in its camera and web facilities - he said the handset would be ideal for teens.
This is partially because the Mini 3G is equipped with a selection of communication facilities including applications for Skype, Facebook, Twitter and Windows Live Messenger.
"If you ... just want to make sure you're never out of the social loop then you should definitely consider this phone. Especially if buying for teenage sons and daughters," Mr Chester concluded.
The INQ Mini 3G was referred to as "affordable and easy to use" by 3 Mobile's Charlotte Blanchard on its release.
