Microsoft has lifted the lid on its newest, entry-level phones that have been designed with an old-school sensibility.
Nokia 105 and Nokia 105 Dual Sim are geared towards first-time mobile phone buyers and those who want a “reliable backdrop” for unpredictable moments.
The company said that these devices will “enable more people to have a voice” and, moreover, provide them with “potentially life-changing benefits”.
This is because technology in the 21st century is so powerful and practical that it can make the impossible, possible.
Both Nokias complement the original 105, but, of course, now come with added features and all for a very affordable price.
For example, users can connect with other people in a cost-effective way, they can now store up to 2,000 contacts on their device, can benefit from improved audio and can enjoy up to 15 hours of talk time.
The design is a sight to behold. It is much more sleeker than its predecessor, with Microsoft describing it as being “refreshing”.
With three colours to choose – black, cyan and white – users will be able to select a phone that best suits their style.
“With handsets like the new Nokia 105, Microsoft brings very affordable mobile opportunities to more people,” commented Jo Harlow, corporate vice president of Microsoft Devices Group.
“The new Nokia 105 is an essential tool for first-time mobile phone users as they start their journey into a connected world.”
The mobile phone comes with pre-loaded games like Snake Xenzia and Bubble Bash 2.
What sets these devices apart is their no fuss disposition – it’s about offering people all the essentials, without overburdening them with the hype and complexities that come with a smartphone.
As such, as Microsoft acknowledges, this makes this mobile phones perfect for newbies or other people wanting to swap their expensive smartphone for a cheap one when out and about.
