Those looking for a music-focused mobile phone that looks as good as it performs should take a look at the Sony Ericsson W705, according to a new review.

Riky Devon of the online news resource states the model follows a number of others in the manufacturer’s range in providing high-performance audio features.

He also notes that the sliding handset – which is available now on T Mobile, O2 and Orange – is finished in silver with “passionate” red touches that give it an overall look of elegance.

Also highlighted are the W705’s technical features, which include 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, a 2.4-inch TFT screen, Bluetooth A2DP, FM radio and a 3.2-megapixel camera.

However, for many it is suggested the music player will be a major selling point – and perhaps one that could encourage them to recycle old mobilephones in order to purchase one.

“The main feature on [the] W705 is its built-in music features. An integrated Walkman music player supports mp3 and aac music formats, [providing] high quality music and sound on the move,” Mr Devon states.
