Network operator O2 will be carrying the Apple iPhone 4 from June 24th and has set up a dedicated website that will offer updates and information on tariffs when they become available to those anticipating its launch.
The company, which has a focus on providing wireless internet coverage for mobile users across the UK, is also to offer a limited-time upgrade deal for Pay Monthly customers who want to trade their old mobile for an iPhone.
Ronan Dunne, chief executive of O2 in the UK, said: "Apple has once again raised the bar with the iPhone 4. With three years’ experience in selling the iPhone we are well placed to support the new device with the best overall experience."
Apple recently announced the iPhone 4 will come with FaceTime, an application which provides high quality video calls, utilising the device’s 960-by-640-pixel resolution screen.
