Britons who trade-in a mobile phone and instead buy a Nokia device will enjoy access to the brand's Ovi Store and, subsequently, games produced by Hyperkani.
Adam, writing for the Nokia Conversations blog, says the developer has gained popularity since its inception in 2009 and now boasts downloads of more than a million.
Its sole focus is to create great games for mobile phones – something it appears to be making a success of, bearing in mind its positive sales figures.
The author decides to use his article to nominate the five best titles made by Hyperkani so far.
He starts with Find It!, which is a "classic game of spot the difference" that is free of charge, before recommending Pop It! and Soccer Bounce, which is a virtual keepie-uppie game.
Air Hockey and Miner Mania make up the list of apps that can be enjoyed on the latest devices, such as the Nokia N8 and C7.
