Consumers planning to trade-in their mobile phone during the coming weeks and months may be excited to learn of a trio of potential replacement options.
Finnish company Nokia has announced it plans to release three brand new smartphone handsets, on top of the upcoming N8.
Each of the devices will run on the popular and efficient Symbian platform, which has been praised by one expert.
Niklas Savander, executive vice-president of markets at Nokia, said: "Our new family of smartphones introduced today (September 14th) feature the all-new Symbian operating system, rewritten to be faster, easier to use, more efficient and more developer friendly."
The new phones have been named as the E7, C6 and C7, with the first of these described as the "ultimate business smartphone", while the latter is designed as a social networking hub.
Nokia fans are likely to already be looking forward to the arrival of the N8, which is due to hit the shelves on September 30th.
