Numerous rumours have surrounded the release of the upcoming mobile phone from Sony, the Xperia Zu, but now some alleged specifications have leaked.
It looks like the Japanese manufacturer is trying to enter the phablet market with its own super-size handset. The company may have a rough deal trying to break the dominance that Samsung currently has with its Galaxy Note 2 and upcoming Mega devices.
Sony's 6.44-inch handset will carry 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, 3,000mAh battery and 16GB internal storage with a microSD card slot, according to ePrice.
Although we've heard in the past that the Sony Xperia ZU would sport a 20-megapixel camera, the new specifications indicate that it would have an eight-megapixel one instead.
There's no real surprise that rumours are heating up as the Sony event is just a few days away on June 25th.
