For an additional £5 per month, customers of the company's television service will be able to take advantage on up to four compatible gadgets.
Users will be able to browse a catalogue of TV shows and movies, and download as many as they wish using an internet connection.
Mobile phone owners can then watch these shows offline and on-the-go, perhaps during their morning commute or on their lunch break.
The high-resolution Retina display on the Apple iPhone 5 could offer a fantastic viewing experience, as will the large 5.5-inch screen on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
Internal memory is the only thing limiting the number of downloads, so those with devices like the Samsung Galaxy S3 might purchase a microSD card for additional storage.
