Consumers who rate a fast and reliable internet connection as a priority when buying a mobile phone may be interested in a new device being stocked by Three.
The network has confirmed it is to start offering the Samsung Galaxy Tab to customers and promised to provide a top mobile broadband service to those who sign up.
Three prides itself on a strong reputation for phone-based internet, with the company said to be targeted towards success in the sector.
Nigel Field, director of devices at the brand, asserts: “More than 97 per cent of Three traffic over the network is data, so more than ever consumers need to make sure they’re on a network that can cope with the demand.”
The Samsung Galaxy Tab is said to be perfectly suited to the high-speed 3G network operated by Three, with a strong processor making web browsing easy.
In recent weeks, Three has taken its roadshow around the country to cities such as Leeds and Glasgow in order to highlight the importance of mobile broadband.
