Nokia has launched a new music-focused device that might be of interest to those selling mobile phones.

The Finnish manufacturer announced the launch of the new X6 this week, which joins models like the 5800 and 5530 XpressMusic in targeting shoppers looking for an audio-based solution.

It was noted that the gadget will come equipped with a wide range of multimedia facilities and access to a catalogue of tracks that make it an "all-you-can-eat" option.

This is because it is the latest to feature Nokia’s Comes With Music service, which allows the buyer free downloads for 12 months.

Ole Feddersen, vice president of smartphones at the firm, said: "We are giving people a handy access to – and ownership of – a vast music library and a great new touchscreen device to play their music on."

The X6 features a 3.2-inch touchscreen, five-megapixel camera and a host of social networking options.
