Nokia has unveiled the Asha Touch range of touchscreen mobile phones, which comprises three new models – the Asha 305, Asha 306 and Asha 311.
The company claimed the new products will provide a "rich, smartphone-like" experience to customers who want to browse the web, access social networks and play games.
Features include a 1GHz processor in the Asha 311 for efficient internet browsing and the exclusive Easy Swap dual SIM card in the 305 model.
The single-SIM Asha 306 is the manufacturer's most affordable Wi-Fi handset to date.
Nokia said the new range is ideal for users who want longer battery life and lower data consumption costs.
Mary T McDowell, the company's executive vice president for mobile phones, said: "By introducing the Asha Touch phones to the market, we're accelerating our commitment to connect the next billion consumers."
Last month, Nokia announced the launch of two new budget phones – the 111 and the 113.
