Vodafone has announced the launch of a new service that may convince some to sell mobile devices they no longer need.
The network revealed this week that the new Samsung H1 smartphone would be made available to its customers on 24-month contracts priced at £35 with unlimited data access.
However, the carrier has stated that one of the big draws of the handset for some might be that it will be the first to unleash the full power of its Vodafone 360 offering.
“[It] automatically syncs all contacts from your phone, Facebook, Windows Live Messenger and Google Talk and will soon also include Twitter – bringing your online social networks to your phone,” the group explained.
The Samsung H1 also features a 3.5-inch AMOLED screen, Wi-Fi and GPS, 16 GB of memory and a five-megapixel camera.
Also this week, Vodafone unveiled a selection of new pay-as-you-go options that it said may be ideal for the Christmas market.
