The release of the new Motorola Milestone 2 may give people thinking of trading-in their existing mobile phone food for thought.
Operating on the Android 2.2 system and featuring a rapid 1Ghz processor, the device sounds just right for people who like to get things done quickly.
Motorola calls it a "powerhouse", which could be hard to disagree with when its specifications are taken into account.
"Milestone 2 offers more power, more speed, with an improved keyboard, so users can send, access and share information even quicker than before to manage their work and personal life," says Alain Mutricy, senior vice-president of portfolio and device product management at Motorola Mobility.
Other additions to the original Milestone model include a high-definition video-capture function and increased personalisation options.
Motorola also offers mobile phones from its E8, Aura and Jewel ranges, which may take the fancy of those looking to trade a handset.
