People who trade in their mobile phones now have the option of investing in the first certified PlayStation handset as a replacement.
The network Three has confirmed it will be adding the long-awaited Sony Ericsson Xperia Play device to its portfolio in April.
It is said to have been designed with gamers in mind, ensuring the best technology and functionality for enjoying the latest titles.
The model also offers a four-inch touchscreen, joysticks and the PlayStation's iconic D pad, while a powerful processor ensures everything runs smoothly.
Sylvia Chind, head of branded devices at Three, says: "The Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is perfect for gamers but above all, it's a top-of-the-range smartphone which is why we are so excited to be ranging it on our award winning network."
Three recently announced it is adding not only three new tablet devices to its range but also the popular Samsung Galaxy SII.
