A new leak suggests that the LG G3 could be the first major mobile phone to bring users a QuadHD display.

Prevalent tipster @evleaks has taken to his Twitter account to spread insider gossip once more. The micro-blogger managed to reveal an User Agent profile from one of LG's official websites, detailing a device going by the name of LG D850.

The handset in question carries a display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560, making it QuadHD. Although nothing gives details about whether this is the LG G3, but packing such a high-end screen it must be a premium smartphone for the company.

It supports previous leaks that suggested the LG G3 would bring a top quality screen. Other reports indicate that the smartphone will sport a 5.5-inch display, which combined with a QuadHD resolution, would give it 534 pixels per inch.

Further details, about price and a potential launch date, are still unknown so eager QuadHD fans will have to sit back and wait.
