Lenovo has released its first mobile phone enabled with an Intel dual-core chip to the Chinese high-end smartphone market.
The Lenovo K900 was launched on Friday and is the first to make the most of Intel’s technology with its Atom Z2580 2.0GHz dual-core processor.
It also carries a 5.5-inch display, a 13 megapixel camera and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean all covered in a stainless-steel and polycarbonate case, which measures around 6.9mm.
There is no official date confirmed as to when the handset will make it outside of Asia, but Lenovo has said that it will be shipping the device to “international markets” so will hopefully make it to the UK eventually.
Price is also still unconfirmed but in China it is selling for 3299 Chinese Yuan which is around £350.
