Mobile phone carrier T-Mobile has banned its employees taking holiday on the weekend of September 20th, according to recent reports.
This has sparked rumours that the network is planning a big arrival for that date, which coincides with the date which many expected the iPhone 5S to arrive in the US.
According to the Tmo News website, T-Mobile has blocked the weekend at the end of September for holidays, meaning that nobody can take it off. With the iPhone 5S, and possibly the budget-friendly iPhone 5C, due to make an appearance on September 10th, the release date for a major network could be ten days later.
It also follows Apple's pattern as it like to release iPhones on a Friday so that it can make the most of weekend shoppers and their cash. It also allows customers plenty of time to play around with the handset and post their snapshots online to carry on the hype.
