Many people are expecting Apple to reveal its affordable mobile phone at its event in September. However, the iPhone 5C may have debuted early as a video is rumoured to have been leaked online.
The alleged footage revealed more than many of the recent leaks have as the video showed that the device featured was running Apple’s unreleased iOS 7 operating system which is expected to be unveiled sometime over the next couple of months.
According to C Technology, who posted the video, the footage came from “some friends” and shows the handset in red and running the iOS 7 with someone showing off the new features.
Apple has today (September 4th) confirmed that its September 10th event is going ahead by sending out invitations to the world’s press. The brightly-coloured leaflets promise to “brighten everyones day”, though whether this will be with one or two devices, is still unknown.
It’s rumoured that the duo of devices will have two releases, with the iPhone 5S being tipped for September 20th and the iPhone 5C expected to arrive on September 27th.
