There have been a plethora of rumours surrounding the existence of a super-sized HTC One mobile phone. Many of these have concerned whether or not the company will be including a fingerprint scanner in the HTC One Max.
Despite the various criticisms surrounding similar technology in the Apple 5S, it appears as though HTC is going ahead with plans to include the scanner in its next edition of the popular One handset.
The HTC One Max has been the subject of three separate leaks over the past few days, which strongly suggests that the official unveiling isn't that far off.
Chinese site ePrice were responsible for another report, which suggested that the HTC One Max will initially pack 16GB of storage, with a 32GB option arriving after the official launch.
It is thought that the super-sized handset will have a display that measures an incredible 5.9 inches, putting it firmly in phablet territory. Many expect the company to make an official announcement on October 15th, while the report claims the device will start shipping out from October 21st.
