The last few days have been full of news about Apple's pair of mobile phones but it appears the Cupertino company may not be the only firm to integrate fingerprint technology in its devices.
Two images have emerged which indicate that the HTC One Max may include its own fingerprint scanner. The duo of pictures claim to show a prototype of the upcoming device with a square on the back – thought to be the feature.
This isn't the first leak which has indicated that Apple won't be the only manufacturer to implement fingerprint technology for long. When the company unveiled the iPhone 5S last week, it revealed the Touch ID feature which allows users to forgo the passcode and access their phone by touching the home button.
These images show the 5.9-inch HTC One Max next to two regular One handsets, which indicates just how much bigger the device will be. It is also thought to bring a Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a 3300mAh battery.
