People are getting excited about the follow-up to the successful HTC One mobile phone as more rumours about the HTC M8 emerge online.
New results from a benchmark have suggested that the upcoming flagship could be the most powerful to be released by the Taiwanese manufacturer.
This is according to figures from AnTuTu benchmark, which suggest that a smartphone with the HTC M8 name has achieved some pretty impressive stats.
Results show a device with a 2.26GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM it, which would put the handset ahead of smartphones like the Sony Xperia Z1 or Google Nexus 5.
It's thought that the handset will come running the brand new Android operating system KitKat 4.4 but is likely to carry HTC's Sense overlay as well.
The device is widely being called the HTC One Two as M8 is simply the codename associated with the handset for the manufacturers. Although it seems unlikely HTC will release a phone with the name One Two, it's the best guess anyone has at the moment.
