Following the announcement that the device is to be launched in India, the company issued a statement detailing the many facilities users can enjoy with the handset thanks to its onboard user interface.
Already available on the Orange and O2 network in the UK, the device combines the Google Android operating system with HTC’s Sense software to provide a more "intuitive and seamless" experience.
The customisable nature of the interface was highlighted by the manufacturer, as well as its ability to integrate communication tools including social networking, voice calls and photo sharing facilities.
Ajay Sharma, country head of the firm in India, said: "Sense is a distinct experience created to make HTC phones more engaging, immersive and intuitive and will be integrated across a portfolio of HTC’s phones in the future."
