HTC has unveiled the Desire 310, a mobile phone that slightly improves on the standard set by the Desire 300.
Although the specs won’t blow your mind or set any world records, the handset brings a decent enough package for those that don’t want to have to remortgage their house to buy a new smartphone.
The Desire 310 has a 4.5-inch 854 x 480 display, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB internal storage and a microSD slot. The handset also brings a five-megapixel camera and can shoot 1080p video.
HTC’s new low-end device will arrive in three colours – white, orange and navy blue – giving users more options to personalise their handset.
The HTC Desire 310 will be available in the UK “from the end of April” with big networks such as O2 and Vodafone taking the smartphone on. However, they are yet to announce what price the handset will start at, though you can expect it to be “affordable”, according to HTC.
