The latest application from Google has hit the Play Store, allowing music lovers to access their favourite tracks and increase their library with further purchases.
Google Music sits alongside Movies, Books, Apps and Games to improve the mobile phone experience and lets people add up to 20,000 songs from their iTunes library or music folders on their PC.
The Google Play portal can then be used to add to the collection with millions more tracks ready to download at prices which are competitive with iTunes and other online stores.
The songs are uploaded through the Music Manager tool and kept in the cloud for free. These can then be accessed at any time from the mobile phone or a computer which is logged into that person’s Google account.
Music can also be pinned to the device for offline listening too, ensuring that users do not receive high data charges.
